Other highlights were:
The beautiful cake Jo Ann decorated
Matt playing the role of Swiper - the kids loved saying "Swiper, no swiping!" and Matt said his line, "Aww man!" very convincingly
Emmy playing the role of "La Bruja" and scaring the kids away
Sophie suddenly walking away in the middle of gift opening and announcing, "I'm done."
The look on the kids' faces when they realized they were going on an adventure and they even had a backpack to help them on their way!
I can't believe our little Sophie is 3. Her enthusiasm and delight in things are contagious. We all love her so much!

What a fun fun idea for a party, and I can't even believe that cake. Holy cow. I am now feeling the pressure for Ella's birthday!!!! She seems so fun that little sophie. I need to meet her again soon. :) And by the way, I am really jealous of your camera and the nice pictures it takes.
Your kids are soooooo cute. I love their smiles the most. You are such an amazing mom. I bet your mom loves looking at those beautiful pictures!
